Good if you plan staying couple of nights. Staff is nice and helpful. Our room was clean and had all necessary equipment. Fair for the price. Walls a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours if they are a bit noisy. Commuting to the London centre is quite easy from there. The area around is quite nice and interesting as well!
We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. There was renovation work going on when we were there. The food for breakfast was quick to arrive. Possibly it might be nice to offer decaffeinated tea as an option as not everyone is able to drink too much caffeine. The prices were very reasonable and I've already recommended the hotel to some of my friends looking for an alternative if visiting London. The staff were polite & friendly. An enjoyable stay. Will probably return . Will be interested to see what changes have been made. Prices are really good & a good distance for travelling to London by train.

The only reason i haven't given it 5 stars was because it doesn't have a swimming pool. Staff are lovely and one particular eastern European lady who works behind the bar is so friendly and was so nice too me during my stay. The food is really nice and cooked to order. The breakfast is 👌🏻The atmosphere is really nice and has a calm relaxing feel too it. Rooms are very clean and modern too
We arranged a 50th birthday here and were given a private room for our event which made it extra special. The staff were very attentive to us and did a great job looking after us. The food is great value for money and portion are big. We had small children in our party too and everyone had a great time. I only took a photo of the ham hock which was a sharing plate for two. It was delicious as we're the other dishes our party had.

The room we had was a good size but it is very basic. There's a bed, en suite, a couple of chairs, a table and a TV and that's about it. It was clean throughout though. Beware of staying during hot weather, at 26°C outside with no air conditioning and a window that only opens a couple of inches it was very, very warm. My advice would be to stay elsewhere.
Been staying here while my bathroom being renovated - spacious room, nice and warm, lovely hot shower, very comfortable bed. Room cleaned every day, no matter what time I leave. No noise from other rooms/corridor. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that detracts is the exterior, but once you're inside it's very good for a budget hotel.

One of the best pubs I have ever been to! They keep all the energy and traditionalism of an old school pub and make it contemporary! I couldn’t fault anything with this place! Great service every time I have been there! The staff remember your face and treat you like a local! They are so friendly and welcoming and the lady in charge of the restaurant is an asset! I love this pub and I will always be coming in here on my way through abbeville! I have voted for this pub to win many of awards!
A gorgeous pub in a lovely area with a really nice vibe. The atmosphere is great and the food is generally very good though the ham hock croquettes were a little stodgy and tasted a tad oily. Still the burger was high quality and the service was friendly and efficient. Everything seemed clean and well managed. I only keep back a star - and I'm in two minds about it - because there was a stool already outside which I decided to rest on for five minutes in the heat and a lad from the bar was a bit rude and told me off for sitting on it. "Mate you can't take chairs from the bar." Me: "Mate it was already out here" He apologised but still took it (nobody was waiting for a stool at the empty bar inside) and people were looking at me like I'd just slapped an orphan. It would have been courteous to wait till I moved and quietly bring the stool in rather than confronting me like a bar goblin. Stoolgate was a small thing but it made me feel a bit embarrassed and uncomfortable. Still I'll be back for a lovely pint in a lovely pub.

Good location, wonderful breakfast, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I cannot emphasize how helpful they were, every interaction gave the impression of "What would you like to do and how can I help you achieve that?" Need advice on how to get downtown for cheap? Want great suggestions for food and fun? Or how about a perfectly cooked breakfast? We enjoyed every moment spent here and Sally ensured we loved London. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay, and the price made this B&B an absolute gem. We will definitely stay here when we return.
Stunningly beautiful boutique B & B.... The staff are extremely welcoming, the rooms are to die for... luxuriously decorated and finished all round to a very very high standard. The breakfast is amazing, I really cant say enough about how welcome I felt, even though I live in London....I OFTEN!!... will pack a small bag and head off to this idyllic retreat, where I can forget the worries of my week..... You simply have to go, the whole Parklands experience is super friendly and a place you will want to go back to time and again....LOVE THIS PLACE.......X
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

The best little campsite v v clean and well run, level hard standing with a couple of grass pitches.situated at top end of crystal palace park sad to hear it will close in December and flattened to make way for more buildings. It is a crying shame this is an oasis and a great base for London. Sad to see it go
Nice clean secure site. Staff are friendly. Mainly hard standings for tourers. Little bit pricey but it is london ideal to do visits as its all close to site.
