I went to the branch today as a walk-in client. I waited only two minutes and was able to help myself to water. I spoke with a friendly employee who had a similar humour and so our conversation was nice and informative. She was very clear with information and was able to answer questions that I had.

I came to Ali's Car Service as a new customer having seen great Google reviews & agree! I'd had a prang and bent my bonnet. My existing garage had quoted what I felt was a well-bumped up price, presumably for insurance, but which just led to it being determined an economic write off. Not helpful. As a loyal customer, with first accident but old car, just for a bent bonnet, I was well p'd off. But they wouldn't consider cheaper/2nd hand parts or other ways of doing things. So I Googled, read reviews and came to Ali, explained my situation and explained what I wanted. He listened, quoted me decent prices, gave me separate quotes exactly as I asked so I could separate accident and MOT work, and then sorted it brilliantly. Down to earth, straight up. It did take a little while to get parts etc, but to be fair I didn't push. And Ali really made sure to go the extra mile. The car looks fantastic, is running brilliantly, and 30% cheaper than my previous garage. They'd had my custom for well over a decade, but I'll never go to them again. Ali gets my vote! Tony is a true professional with over 30 years experience on working for all the top car manufacturers doing body work repair. Updates throughout the work and images sent on WhatsApp on completion. The body work repair to my brand new discovery, I managed to dent in the rear, was perfect. Highly recommend. Don’t be fooled by the small appearance of the workshop, this is the best body work repair specialist in LONDON.

5 star service! I highly recommend Fisher Auto Repairs Ltd. Tony was so helpful and totally saved the day! I live miles away and was down to visit my grandma who lived nearby and got into car trouble the car was undriveable and I was stranded. I needed to drive home and needed my car to get to work the following week. I came across Fisher repairs on Google, I rang and Tony dropped everything came out on a Sunday morning on his day off to help. When everywhere else was closed. It ended up being a tricky job and he worked all morning to get it fixed for me so I could get home. He was so helpful and talked me thtough everything he was doing. What a gentleman!!!!

Recently had work done on a large dent on my Fiat 500 and cannot recommend Anerley Crash Repairs enough. The door looks as good as new - you would never know any work had been done on it. Work was done very quickly and the price was extremely reasonable

I brought a VW eos from Hamiltons. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The car is in amazing condition and He went over everything I needed to know about the car. It was a good lengthy test drive. Highly recommended. He had a whole car park of nice cars to choose from. I had visited a lot of places and I am fully happy I went with Hamiltons.

He took the time to explain what he was going to do and quoted by far the best price for the repair of my car. It got repaired at the promised time, looked as good as new and was even cleaned. The rear passenger door of my car was scratched and dented. The wheel arch was pretty bad and my bumper was pushed out of place and sticking out. Ken did an excellent job on repairing my BMW 1 series. Honest, hard working master craftsman. He restored my car back to it's original state within a week! I would definitely go back to Ken in the future and recommend him to friends looking for a affordable, high quality body shop.

Fantastic service and quality of repairs. I had a better service here than at BMW and saved a fair bit. They charge £84 pounds an hour here, compared to the main dealer who charges £145ph!! Jason explained the problem with my car and took the time to make me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend A+++

I found myself in a jam when the imobaliser was stoping my bike from starting, a quick call to Abacus and with in seconds they had diagnosed the problem and also had the part in stock and ready for collection. What makes this even more impressive is it was late on a Sunday afternoon!! And the owner hung around until i arrived. Cant praise them enough.fair prices too.

Rohan is Very knowledgeable on vehicle electrics and has always delivered a fast professional service. I brought my own tracker, camera and power systems, of which these guys were able to do an amazing install. Everything secured and cables fitted in conduit for a fanatic finish on completion. They have done at least 20 vehicles for my business with not one functional issue on completion. Ask the owner to show you his van sound system for some really impressive custom audio that could easily get a venue the size of Wembley jumping with sounds!!

Another five star review! I found LS1 through Google and having contacted them on the basis of their reviews was not disappointed. From the first call with Martina the service was excellent and Connor did a great job with the installation, overcoming the complexities with knowledge and thoughtfulness. Interestingly, as the original boiler was beyond economic repair I was eligible for a new free boiler through my Homserve cover - if I paid Help-Link to install it. LS1 were able to to the complete job including a better boiler, better guarantee and better service for the same price! Will happily recommend to friends in future.

I have nothing but good things to say about LS1 Boiler Installations. I got quotes from 3 other companies before choosing LS1. Not only were they the cheapest for a Worcester-Bosch, they were also the most professional in dealing with all my enquiries. After a few bad experiences with plumber, I finally found the right man to look after my heating. We had Black Cat chimney Sweep today. Excellent. On time, polite and considerate. The utmost care was taken to keep everything clean. I had a new cream carpet in the room and was a little worried but it and the fire place were well protected and left perfectly clean. The chimney was tested for smoke draw to make sure everything was working properly. A job well done at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company.

A great service from a small business that would rival most of the bigger companies. My laptop was running slow (in my opinion) and not only did Repair Daemon collect it from me but they ran diagnostics and told me it was running okay. I was given the option to increase the speed with a new hardrive if I chose to or leave it until a later date and upgrade the laptop. There was no hard sell to upgrade it unnecessarily and as I decided to leave it as it was... there was no charge for the service they had provided. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Many thanks for a great service!

John was absolutely amazing. My son had built a gaming PC from scratch but it wouldn't stay on. We had tried everything. John said that if he couldn't fix it he wouldn't charge us anything! He did fix it though and really quickly. I took it round on Saturday evening and on Sunday morning he called and I picked it up. A really good price and we are all over the moon. Love the fact there's a coffee shop right across the road from where I work. They seem very generous on their cappuccino. I end up ordering a tall. Pretty similar to Starbucks. Definitely worth it.

Great little place with delicious coffee and food. My only one complaint is its stuffy, no air flow and no fans to cool the place down. It gets unbearable at times so your stay is / can be limited depending on the weather. Get some aircon guys or fans please as its the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars in your ratings.

I had a fabulously unctuous 4-cheese toastie and gingerbread tea, and they were SO good. Better than that though, is the lovely way in which the staff treat homeless people here. Whilst I was paying for my food, a homeless man wandered in and asked if he could have a croissant. Without skipping a beat, the server said of course, and bagged it up for him, zero fuss. I was really impressed with this interaction, and offered to pay for the croissant and even pay it forward for others, but the barista wouldn't have it. I admire the social conscience for locals, and it's this, along with the good quality good, that will make me return time and again.

Good help solving problems fast

After 3 instructors and 2 failed tests (manual and automatic) I was left with very little confidence, Andy immediately made me feel at ease and was a lot more supportive and calm than any other instructor. He helped me re-learn manual, target areas that I had failed my test on and taught me to drive in a way that wasn't just to 'pass a test'! I was able to pass my test in just 2 months and I feel more a lot more confident and at ease behind the wheel! Would 100% recommend him to anyone; a new learner, someone that needs a confidence boost and a push to pass, or additional lessons! Could not have passed without him. Thank you Andy

I am very pleased by the work completed by Rupert and his colleague Steve recently in my property. Would certainly recommend them to anyone, they provide efficient service, arrived bang on time on time and went the extra mile when it came to fixing some paintwork in my house caused by accidental damage to a small area of when replacing a light switch.

RGS were great! They provided a fast, reliable and very competitive service. Having phoned late with a problem in the evening, they were able to come round the following morning and fix it within the hour, leaving no mess and talking me through the cause of the electrical problem as well. A very refreshing experience with a recruitment company. Initially I had a chat with Joey regarding my work situation, employment history and what I was looking for career wise. Shortly after he came back to me with a great opportunity, talked me through the process and answered any questions I had fully and honestly. 'Best party ever!' and 'Brilliant!' were just some of the many superlatives we received after Simon did his excellent magic show at my 6 year old daughter's birthday party. His visceral, comic connection with the children captivated them for the full hour and there were howls of laughter from both the parents and children. After the children just wanted to play sword fighting with the balloons he had made so there was nothing for us to do. We strongly recommend him for a fabulous and stress-free party!

Simon is definitely the best entertainer I have seen at kids parties in the last 5 years. It is a combination of different activities, sense of humour and anticipation of surprises that keeps kids engaged and entertained. Kids always stay very enthusiastic, everyone is keen to participate in every round of activities and they will be talking about magic Amigo party for a long time after. A white live rabbit and spinning plates is an absolute hit. I have met Simon at four different parties (including two for my son’s birthdays) and I really value the experience. Knight Frank as an agency were incredibly professional, honest and although they perhaps didn't get the volume of prospective buyers through the door that we hoped for, in the end, the only thing that matters is that they closed the deal, and we sold it for the right price. As a first time buyer it can be a pretty daunting purchasing a house especially when doing it by myself. Once the property was on the market, I was kept fully informed of viewings and any offers made and loved the fact that Gabriel was tenacious in keeping the solicitors on both sides on their toes so that delays in the sales process were kept to a minimum. At every stage I was made to feel that I was a valued and important client. Gabriel's friendly personality and totally professional attitude have restored my faith in estate agents!

After searching and trying different salons, I can certainly say that this is one to stick with. Of course, that atmosphere and decor and music are all great. But what really makes it great is the awesomeness of the people working there. I have been there four times already and I cannot imagine what I would do without this place. I had cuts with Federico and cuts and colour with Beth and both are a wonder to my hair. I have frizzy hair and I colour them frequently which made them very dull and lifeless. I am not exaggerating when I say that they have changed my hair. And long term, which means that even after one or two months my colour is great and shiny and hair looks super healthy. And the cut is just perfect. And they always give you the best advixe, not only following trends. I cannot rexommrec it more.

A fantastic salon with extremely reasonably priced haircuts for ladies and cheapest around for men. Very high quality cuts for both genders by a very skilled, experienced lady. I have been coming here since 2012 and am never disappointed. I know the lady, who is the owner, very well, and she also does many styles of hair for any age. I often see ladies having perms, or hair settig, colouring, you name it! The owner keeps decor fresh and modern, often updating it. Very clean environment using medical grade cleaning products (I've seen her clean with them), and gentle music in background. We have great friendly chats! There are magazines a plenty to read whilst waiting in the very comfy, cushiony chairs. Nice and warm temperature, and even dome hair style mags for inspiration! This lady has been in haircutting industry for over 25 years! I even got my partner to go there for his haircut, and now he is also a regular client! Very highly recommended

I’ve been a customer of this barbers shop since it first opened maybe 7/8 years ago. I won’t go anywhere else. Well trained friendly staff who get the cut right every time. They also sell coffee too which is a big plus. Pablo the shop’s French Bulldog is a reason to go alone just for the cuteness. It’s also in a very picturesque location. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting coffee or haircut. Why not give it a try.

They earn a five star for the vibe (quite a cool place but they make everyone, whether young or old, cool or not cool feel welcome), the skill of the stylists, the nice woman who runs the till, and the great coffee. But time and time again, I have asked for a short haircut and they still cut it long. Same thing happened to my kids; they have to ask twice to cut it shorter before they get to the right length. Not sure what the issue is but I just had my hair recut somewhere else. deducted one star for that.

Really really really good. Great staff, complimentary drinks and nice decor. The barber actually asked questions and listened to the answers, something that is not to be taken for granted! After many bad cuts in other barbers in the area, I am relieved to have finally found my new spot. Highly recommend this place.

There are many hairdressers who specialise in afro hair and fail miserably in customer service and hair styling techniques. Fortunately this is not the case for K&S Unisex Beauty salon. The owner Kimone is extremely professional, helpful and takes extreme pride in her craft, ensuring that each and every customer leaves her salon satisfied. There is no need to be concerned about long waiting times as she operates a booking system. The salon itself is modern, bright, clean and airy and incorporates a walk in one man operation affectionately known as Barber, who is situated to the rear of the salon. On observation Barber seems to be a man of very few words, but carries out his duties quickly, efficiently and skillfully. Again there seems to be no long waiting times, just as quickly as customers are seated they are seen leaving shortly after happy. K&S deserve their 5 star rating, give them a try.

Prices start from £10...you can't go wrong with that. My hair was cut by Frank, who I found skillful, friendly and warm to newcomers. I will definitely be returning to his station. There is also another Barber that cuts in the middle chair, who I haven't used; however, he has a collection of clients which means that many are happy with his work. Go early as queues can build up.

They do good quality haircuts, the price of the haircuts and lineups are brilliant. I always come home from the barbers looking great. The staff can be very friendly and down to earth people. They need more staff, as sometimes the queues can get really long and there might only be one Barber man there. They also need to speed up because they take a long time to do haircuts. But all in all I would recommend this Barber shop to anyone.

My cat stayed here for 6 days and absolutely loved it. I don't think he wanted to leave as he attempted to eat all the food before getting in his bag. The staff are so friendly, I was kept informed on his progress constantly knowing how my cat was doing. I would definitely take him here again, I felt safe him being here. When I'm away again I will definitely be booking my cat here as he was well looked after and his actions showed he enjoyed himself. Thanks Cozy Catz

Feels and offers more than just a library and is a great asset to the area! Also a good place to study or do work as the WiFi is really good and there's a nice spacious room upstairs to sit. I've been spending time here to do work recently and is as good as a workspace without the additional cost. In terms of other areas, there's a really large kids area next to the core library, and an additional space upstairs to rent for events.

this is a brilliant library which does so much more than that name suggests:books, film, reference works, reading and learning space, desk top computers with full printing capabilities - all and more served and advised on by a charming staff. This truly of great service to all in our community

Lorenzo recently conducted a family photo session at our house with myself, my husband and our 7.5 month old baby. He was amiable and we were able to relax while he was taking the photos even during his instructions on how/where to look and stand. The photographs themselves turned out looking very natural and capturing the best angles with our baby. The prints of our baby were delivered the day after we selected the ones we wanted to print, and will be treasured for a long time.

As a respected photographer, I knew the experience would be great, but the end of product of Richard's work is what makes him one of the best in the UK. Ellie is amazing! It's never occurred to me to compliment a friend on their wedding photographer but the compliments have been flying in from our guests saying how wonderful she was. Not only that but several people have said that her photos are the nicest wedding photos they've ever seen. We have been thrilled with Ellie from start to finish. The photography of our wedding was the one area where we weren't bothered by budget because it was so important to us and we found the BEST one. Ellie is great to deal with, reassuring and so unobtrusive on the day she has taken some pretty spectacular photos. It was really chucking it down at one point and Ellie got soaked to the skin but it did not stop her for one second, utterly professional. If Ellie isn't booked up, grab her whilst you can, you won't regret it. She's a diamond and worth every penny :-) Edited to add: And then, when you think it's all over and you've waved goodbye to Ellie she sends you your USB stick, all beautifully packaged and with goodies and treats - faultless.

We booked Ellie as our wedding photographer. From the moment we booked her (7 or 8 months before the wedding), she was attentive and communicative, which was comforting when planning a wedding where everything is new and strange! My husband and I are not great in front of the camera so Ellie met with us a few months before the wedding and we had a very relaxed shoot, which was a brilliant way for us to get used to having our picture taken - there was no awkwardness or cheesiness about it. At the wedding, she managed to capture everyone - natural photos in the moment. She was also very good at whipping family members in line so we could have a few group photos. The end product - the photos - were incredible. Post wedding she spent a lot of time with us preparing the wedding album. She goes above and beyond providing a full service - look no further for your photographer.

Boiler broke on Wednesday, JR Plumbing popped round on the same day, provide clear and honest advise. Came back round to fit and install a new boiler on the Thursday even fixed a broken tap without asking. greater service, greater advise will use again.

Jason is by far the most reliable plumber in south London. Having struggled for ages trying to find someone to fix some persistent issues with my recently purchased flat in the area and failing miserably as people often did not turn up and if they did, the job was not dealt with in a professional manner. Luckily, I finally heard about this guy. Jason fixed everything I needed done very efficiently, on time and the communication worked fantastically. Highly recommended.

Emmaus Lambeth is a treasure trove of pre-loved and restored furniture. I bought a stylish, vintage 1960's sideboard from Emmaus - and it was a bargain at £160. Would highly recommend popping in to see what they have in stock.

Excellent for cheap furniture, often with a bit of character. I kitted out an unfurnished flat using emmaus. Upstairs they sell tableware and linen, cushions, and other household wares, also good when starting out.

The Removals have been brilliant! We hired them for our office move this week and they disassembled all our desks and loaded them and all our stuff put into boxes neatly into their van, drove to our new office unpacking everything and bringing it up to our new office assembling everything. They took excellent care of not damaging any of the stuff or the walls and were very gentle but efficient! This is my local vet which My dog really enjoys visiting. The reception area is clean and receptionist, vets and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The very first time I visited the practice my dog was nervous which is to be expected, the receptionist gave him a few treats and made a fuss of him, which made him calm down before facing the vet. They are always friendly to my dog and call him by his name. I would highly recommend this practice to friends and family.

As a new dog owner, I have had my anxieties soothed and my concerns checked and compassionately handled. Each time I visit I know that my dogs are in very safe and loving hands, from reception onwards. The practice was recommended to me by a friend and I would like to recommend it publicly. I gather it's one of the few private practises left in the area and it has an intimate and friendly feel. What really impresses me is that whenever I phone both me and my dogs are remembered by name. Wonderful!

Honestly this team of amazing people go above and beyond with animal care. They have done astonishing work with my dog who got a fast growing cancer on his leg. A year later he has his leg and is a very happy 12 year old. They are professional, pushing the boundaries of treatment, caring and kind every time I see them. (You really couldn't ask for more)

Streatham Hill Vets is a great place to bring your pets. It has the most up to date equipment. The Practice underwent modernisation a few years ago. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The vets offer excellent care for your pets and always put the animals' needs first. Parking is available in front of the surgery with step free access. WC facilities are available. The surgery has air conditioning. I recommend this place.
