A gem of a place! Friendly, creative and knowledgeable staff (ask for Frederico if you can), and I always leave with a great cut. It’s so nice not to have to trek into town for a decent haircut at long last....

After searching and trying different salons, I can certainly say that this is one to stick with. Of course, that atmosphere and decor and music are all great. But what really makes it great is the awesomeness of the people working there. I have been there four times already and I cannot imagine what I would do without this place. I had cuts with Federico and cuts and colour with Beth and both are a wonder to my hair. I have frizzy hair and I colour them frequently which made them very dull and lifeless. I am not exaggerating when I say that they have changed my hair. And long term, which means that even after one or two months my colour is great and shiny and hair looks super healthy. And the cut is just perfect. And they always give you the best advixe, not only following trends. I cannot rexommrec it more.

I was able to get an evening appointment at short notice. The whole experience was really relaxing and the staff were all friendly. Jamilah cut my hair and did an excellent job. She really took great care and made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my hair cut and shall return here for my next cut. Thank you!

A fantastic salon with extremely reasonably priced haircuts for ladies and cheapest around for men. Very high quality cuts for both genders by a very skilled, experienced lady. I have been coming here since 2012 and am never disappointed. I know the lady, who is the owner, very well, and she also does many styles of hair for any age. I often see ladies having perms, or hair settig, colouring, you name it! The owner keeps decor fresh and modern, often updating it. Very clean environment using medical grade cleaning products (I've seen her clean with them), and gentle music in background. We have great friendly chats! There are magazines a plenty to read whilst waiting in the very comfy, cushiony chairs. Nice and warm temperature, and even dome hair style mags for inspiration! This lady has been in haircutting industry for over 25 years! I even got my partner to go there for his haircut, and now he is also a regular client! Very highly recommended

I’ve been a customer of this barbers shop since it first opened maybe 7/8 years ago. I won’t go anywhere else. Well trained friendly staff who get the cut right every time. They also sell coffee too which is a big plus. Pablo the shop’s French Bulldog is a reason to go alone just for the cuteness. It’s also in a very picturesque location. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting coffee or haircut. Why not give it a try.

They earn a five star for the vibe (quite a cool place but they make everyone, whether young or old, cool or not cool feel welcome), the skill of the stylists, the nice woman who runs the till, and the great coffee. But time and time again, I have asked for a short haircut and they still cut it long. Same thing happened to my kids; they have to ask twice to cut it shorter before they get to the right length. Not sure what the issue is but I just had my hair recut somewhere else. deducted one star for that.

Really really really good. Great staff, complimentary drinks and nice decor. The barber actually asked questions and listened to the answers, something that is not to be taken for granted! After many bad cuts in other barbers in the area, I am relieved to have finally found my new spot. Highly recommend this place.

Good service but £27 for a standard men's haircut. They are quite quick at the job so don't be expecting to be there longer than 10 minutes if you are getting a short back and sides

There are many hairdressers who specialise in afro hair and fail miserably in customer service and hair styling techniques. Fortunately this is not the case for K&S Unisex Beauty salon. The owner Kimone is extremely professional, helpful and takes extreme pride in her craft, ensuring that each and every customer leaves her salon satisfied. There is no need to be concerned about long waiting times as she operates a booking system. The salon itself is modern, bright, clean and airy and incorporates a walk in one man operation affectionately known as Barber, who is situated to the rear of the salon. On observation Barber seems to be a man of very few words, but carries out his duties quickly, efficiently and skillfully. Again there seems to be no long waiting times, just as quickly as customers are seated they are seen leaving shortly after happy. K&S deserve their 5 star rating, give them a try.

Prices start from £10...you can't go wrong with that. My hair was cut by Frank, who I found skillful, friendly and warm to newcomers. I will definitely be returning to his station. There is also another Barber that cuts in the middle chair, who I haven't used; however, he has a collection of clients which means that many are happy with his work. Go early as queues can build up.

They do good quality haircuts, the price of the haircuts and lineups are brilliant. I always come home from the barbers looking great. The staff can be very friendly and down to earth people. They need more staff, as sometimes the queues can get really long and there might only be one Barber man there. They also need to speed up because they take a long time to do haircuts. But all in all I would recommend this Barber shop to anyone.
